Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

We want every learner to feel confident purchasing experiences on Prodlake. This policy covers refunds for experience purchases and AI Studio subscriptions.

1. Experience Purchases (Learners)

14-day refund window. If a purchased experience does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — provided you have watched less than 30% of the total experience content.

Eligible for refund:

Not eligible for refund:

2. Platform Subscriptions (Learners)

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for cancellations. If you cancel within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription and have watched fewer than 3 lessons, we will issue a full refund.

3. Simulation Standard Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions: No refunds. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges after cancellation.

Yearly subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 2 scenario generations have been used. After 30 days or 2+ scenarios used, no refund — access continues until your year ends.

Yearly refund eligibility summary:

Generated scenario assets remain yours regardless of subscription status.

4. Instructor Payouts and Refunds

When a learner refund is issued, the corresponding instructor payout is adjusted. If the payout has already been disbursed, the refunded amount is deducted from the instructor's next payout cycle. Instructors are notified of all refunds affecting their content.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@prodlake.com with your account email and the experience or subscription in question. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

6. Abuse

Accounts that repeatedly purchase and refund experiences may have refund privileges revoked. We track refund patterns to protect instructors from abuse while maintaining fair learner protections.
